Submit an Audition!
We here at DFWAuditions.com feel very strongly that the best way to get a respectable number of performers to attend your auditions is to provide them with all the relevant information they need to make an informed decision about attending as early as you can provide it. We think three-to-six weeks in advance is an optimal time frame to publicize your auditions. Having said that, as a reminder, here are our minimum submission deadlines:
- At least one week in advance for verified organizations. Submissions with less than one week notice will not be considered.
- At least two weeks in advance for unverified (new) organizations. Submissions with less than two weeks notice will not be considered.
After you submit, you should receive an automated confirmation listing the data you provided, and we always send an additional email once we have formatted and published the approved listing. Please check your junk mail folder or contact us if you do not get a submission confirmation within 24 hours.
Submissions for verified organizations are typically reviewed, formatted, and posted within 48-hours; unverified organizations may take longer. Please keep an eye out for our emails as we frequently reach out to get clarification or missing information. We also test every link you send us, so test them beforehand.
